There were only 200 of them issued and available for a short time at 1 of the 3 gates at the 2014 Panini NFLPA Collegiate Bowl All Star Game played at Stub Hub Center on January 18, 2014. The card comes with perforations attatched to a pair of mini fold out paper binoculars. The card is blank back and standard size and can either be removed or kept intact. It is printed on glossy card stock. The binocular piece has all the info of the game including previous dates, scores, MVP's and coaches. Card says Panini Authentic.
